the hotel is close to the shopping center and subway station so transport was easy. the super nice team, assisting with a jacket order i needed to arrange. it was nice to have a lounge area in the lobby for relaxation and snacks from the nearby store.

the rooftop offered a great view of the skytree. free coffee was available all day, a definite plus. i found the location convenient, close to the skytree metro station.

the cleaning staff seemed inconsistent, which i found frustrating. i found the bathroom not very clean upon arrival. towels sometimes had holes, a detail i noticed.

the staff were very attentive and friendly. the room was wonderful, it was a beautiful twin non-smoking room. they have a roof terrace with great views. the lobby is comfortable with free tea coffee and flavored waters.

the bathrooms were not clean. the mattress was very uncomfortable. the room amenities were lackluster and did not include the basics i expected.

the location was great. there were lots of restaurants nearby and the train station was very close. the staff were very helpful and the lobby was nice. the breakfast pastry and drinks were good and free.

The toilet lid opened automatically, which i found annoying. the room was quite small. It felt just enough for one person. i booked a double bed for a single stay so it was fine, though the price was not great value.
